install theme

day one was success. i fought so hard for hours because i wanted sweets and to just eat everything in sight.. but i didnt. 

i had an extra cookie earlier, that was my downfall for the day. but i exercised lightly, stretched, had portion control and everything. 

tomorrow will be hard to keep up with it. but i can do it. i will do it. i want to reach my goal. 

for tomorrow. i will strive for two pieces of fruit. four water bottles. 1 cup of coffee. and 1 cookie. 

exercise will be 30 minutes walking on tredmill. abs and dance abs. push ups. and those cool squat things i found. 100 of those.
